Mark Watson-Gandy, a well-known banking barrister, is leading counsel for the Court appointed amicus, in the latest episode of the long running saga of Sir Allen Stanford’s failed Stanford International Bank. The latest case in Antigua concerned the Bank’s liquidator seeking permission to bring a US $1.5 billion recoupment claim against the bank’s own customers.
